West Sussex Roofing in East Preston

East Preston sits on the coast between Rustington and Ferring, a village that expanded substantially through the 20th century into the bungalow-lined streets that now make up most of its residential area. Direct exposure to the Channel means south-westerly gales bring salt spray well inland of the seafront itself, accelerating wear on ridge tiles, mortar bedding and uPVC fascias and soffits in particular — coastal roofs here consistently need shorter inspection intervals than the standard manufacturer guidance assumes.

We also cover nearby rustington, angmering, goring-by-sea.
