Roofing Services in Shoreham-by-Sea

West Sussex Roofing in Shoreham-by-Sea

Shoreham-by-Sea straddles the River Adur and faces the Channel, giving it a markedly coastal character that shows up in the condition of older roofs across the town — the combination of sea winds and river humidity accelerates degradation of pointing, torching and ridge work faster than an equivalent inland property. Old Shoreham retains a number of historic flint and stone cottages needing sympathetic repair, while the modern developments around the harbour and seafront tend to have larger flat or shallow-pitched roofs and modern membrane systems instead.

We also cover nearby lancing, worthing.
