West Sussex Roofing in Loxwood

Loxwood sits on the Wey and Arun Canal close to West Sussex's northern county boundary, a linear village that grew up along the waterway with a mix of older canal-side cottages and later ribbon development. The canal and the surrounding Wealden clay mean the water table here tends to sit higher than in the drier, chalkier parts of the county, which shows up in roofing terms as damp-related issues — particularly around ground-floor flat-roof extensions and older solid-wall cottages — being more common than storm or wind damage, alongside the usual Weald combination of leaf litter and shaded, moss-prone roof slopes along the wooded canal corridor.

We also cover nearby wisborough-green, billingshurst.
