West Sussex Roofing in Steyning

Steyning is a historic market town nestled at the foot of the South Downs scarp, sheltered from the north but well-exposed to the south-westerly winds that carry rain up from the coast. The town retains a wealth of medieval, Tudor and Georgian architecture, alongside a significant population of 20th-century residential properties — some with asbestos cement roof coverings from the 1950s and 60s that need careful licensed removal before re-roofing, others with concrete interlocking tile roofs from the 1970s and 80s now ageing out.
